Mass Optimizer Account Activation & Verification FAQs

Note: This process is for all tools, Except Mass Optimizer Pro
Open a run command and copy paste the following and press enter -
To open a run command on your windows PC / Laptop
Press the windows key to the left of your space bar and the letter "R" simultaneously
Copy and Paste the following - Into The Run Input Box
%appdata%/Ubot Studio/Browser/
You will then see a folder called 5.9.55 - Please delete this folder and start your software again please.
You will see a download of dependency files start, please allow this to complete 100%.
Once this download has completed, your software will start automatically.

Please double check your email spam/junk folders for your welcome activation email, All welcome activation emails are sent from inbox@massoptimizer.com - Please allow a few minutes for our email to arrive initially.

All Mass Optimizer Software Licenses are verified manually, Once you activate your account, We will receive instant notification of your account being activated. Please allow up to 12hrs for your license to be verified. (This is a very worse case scenario)

All software licenses will be manually verified between the hours of 0900 - 2300hrs UK Time during February 28th 2018 / March 7th 2018
